On Friday 11 November the whole school held a brief remembrance assembly.

The staff and students assembled together on the school field in an act of remembrance of all those affected by conflict. Mr Gray gave a short reading and then Mr Jarvis played the last post. Mr Bury blew on a whistle, used during the First World War, to signal the start and end of the two minute silence. Mr Jarvis concluded by the playing of reveille.

Students have written personal messages of thanks onto poppies which have been turned into wreaths. These have been placed on display at the front of the school.

We will remember them.
