A lot has happened in the past year. We have all had to make changes to our lifestyles, find new ways to keep in touch with our family and friends, and discovered new ways of learning. Even though the gradual return to normal life as we know it is a positive thing, many of us will still be feeling the effects of the drastic changes we had to make to our lives.
